Parking overnight costs £5. They offer park and fly packages including a night’s accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children and either 8 or 15 nights parking whilst you are away. The deal also includes a Grab & Go Breakfast. Your car might be moved to an off-site facility, which has CCTV and 24 hour security.
Check-in/out and breakfast
Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out at midday, although they can be a bit flexible on those times if you ask in advance. For those who have to catch an early flight (poor you!) there’s a Continental Breakfast from 3 am to 7 am. After that, the Full English starts and finishes at 11 am on weekends or 11.30 am during the week.
The shuttle bus runs to and from the airport every 20 minutes, from 4 am until 11 pm. You should allow 20 to 25 minutes to reach the terminal on the bus.
There’s a restaurant which serves 3 meals a day, with both traditional and modern dishes on the menu. The hotel also has 3 meeting rooms holding a maximum of 35 delegates. There’s WiFi access throughout the hotel which is charged at an hourly rate. There are also internet terminals in the public area of the hotel which you can use for a fee, if you haven’t brought your laptop along for the trip.
There are 195 guest rooms at the Premier Inn Manchester Airport. They are all en suite and have power showers rather than baths. Double rooms and twin rooms are available, which have 2 double beds. They all have digital TVs with 80 channels to help you pass the time and WiFi access, although there is a charge for the latter. You’ll also find a hairdryer and a telephone in the room as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
There are disabled rooms with walk-in showers and lower beds. All the public areas of the hotel are on the ground floor and there are lifts to every level. There’s free parking for blue badge holders outside and vibrating pillow alarms for the hard of hearing.
From the M56, exit at Junction 6 and follow the signs for the Freight Terminal onto Runger Lane. The Premier Inn Manchester Airport is on your left.
The Premier Inn doesn’t have views of the airport. Check out one of the on-site hotels if that is what you are after.
